Return Policy

You may request a return or refund only if the item you received has a significant defect that does not match the product description, or if the item differs from the order details. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item via email to initiate a return or refund. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.

About Returns and Refunds

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached. If you wish to request a return, please contact us via the email above. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a return label and instructions for returning the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return requests are only valid under the following conditions:

  • The item has a significant defect that does not match the product description;
  • The item you received is different from what was ordered;
  • You contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.

Please note: As second-hand items, minor signs of wear (such as wrinkles or scuffs) are normal and often highlighted in the product description or images. Make sure to read the product description carefully, review the images, and confirm the condition before purchasing.

We do not accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., color, size, style).
  • Items that have been used, damaged, modified, or cleaned.
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Items not purchased through our website.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, we will hold the item for 30 days and offer to resend it. The customer is responsible for the reshipping costs. If the package remains unclaimed after 30 days, the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued minus shipping and handling fees.

Additional Refund and Return Details

  • Refund Processing Time After Returns: Refunds will be processed within 3-15 days.
  • Return Handling Fee: Returns are not generally accepted unless the item is counterfeit or has significant undisclosed flaws. No handling fee will be charged for approved returns.
  • Return Shipping Cost: If we approve a return, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
